While on a best practices trip in 2016, Destination Cleveland leaders experienced Brussels’ immersive light show – sparking ideas for how Cleveland’s public spaces could be reimagined after dark. Though it took nine years, those ideas became the city’s boldest lighting project yet – Illuminate CLE.
