The Greater Copenhagen Region (GCR), spanning Eastern Denmark and Southern Sweden, had a problem. The region has everything future talent could want: world-class companies, cutting-edge research, start-ups, and a quality of life that consistently tops global rankings, e.g. in the World Happiness Report.

Yet one challenge remains – attracting international professionals. When people imagine a career abroad, they often think of global hubs. This small northern region, with all its offers, is often overlooked. Without visibility on the map of career destinations, it becomes difficult to inspire someone to make the leap into the unknown.
