Lithuania and Latvia joined forces at Expo 2025 Osaka to present a shared Baltic Pavilion under the concept “We Are One” – an invitation to recognise how closely people, countries, and nature are connected.

Sustainability was central to the pavilion, but the challenge was clear: climate change is a global issue that audiences hear about constantly, often in abstract or repetitive terms. Lithuania and Latvia wanted to avoid simply telling visitors that action was needed. Instead, the two teams needed to create a simple, memorable way for people to participate personally and to see that even a small individual action can contribute to a shared environmental goal.
